Indication and Benefits

The medication can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions, cuts, wounds, burns, scalds, ulcers, boils, impetigo, furunculosis, sycosis barbae, otitis externa and paronychia. It can also be used to treat secondary infections such as lice and scabies.

Manufacturer recommends soframycin Cream should be applied topically one (1) to four (4) times per day or as directed by your physician.

For specific condition treatment please refer to physician advice. 

Prior to applying the medication, wash and dry your hands and the affected area thoroughly.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin.

It is advised to not wrap the treated area with dressing or tight clothing.

Framycetin Sulphate 1% W/W

Caution and side effects:

Patients using Soframycin Cream may encounter unwanted side effects such as:

Stinging, burning or itching at application site.
Skin irritation.
Inflammation.
Dry skin.
Sensitive skin.
