INDICATION AND BENEFIT

Vitamin B12 supplement is recommended for vegetarians and vegans (due to lack of it through diet). It is useful in fatigue as it increases energy and mental clarity.

It is used to reduce the symptoms of pernicious anaemia, mouth infections and irritations.

It has also shown to be relevant in cardiomyopathy, ccoronary artery disease, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia, Haemophilia, Chron’s disease, hypothyroidism, chronic kidney disease and diabetes.

For adults the manufacturer recommends,

One Tablet to be taken daily, preferable with a meal.
