Directions:

Manufacturer recommends for Adults and Childern over 12 years Mix 1 tablespoon of Psyllium Husk (Isabgol) with Atleast 250ml of water, juice or your favorite beverage, Stir and Drink Immediately.

If too thick, add more liquid and stir, drinking additional glass of water afterward is advisable to ensure hydration.

It is best taken before or between meals.
