Direction of use 

One tablet daily with food. Not formulated for use in children.

Capsules are non-vegetarian.

Caution and Side Effects:

Generally, this preparation is well tolerated.

Diarrhea may occasionally occur during treatment with beta carotene and the skin may assume a slightly yellow discoloration.

The side effects of vitamin A are reversible.

Vitamin C and vitamin E may cause diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disturbances.

Long term intake of high levels of vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta carotene) may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.

Warning

This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Do not take this product if taking other vitamin A supplements.
